Payments

Prices are subject to change – please check before booking for current rates. By paying any part of the invoice, the hirer is also agreeing to the Terms and Conditions. A $100 deposit is necessary to secure the event time and date. Until a deposit is received, the date cannot be confirmed. The outstanding amount must be paid to Snapbooth at least 14 days before the event. A travel surcharge may apply to events outside of the Ipswich area. This is calculated on reasonable expenses and accommodation (if more than 200km from Ipswich), and will be quoted at the time of booking. An idle fee may apply for extensive waiting periods. Certain dates may be subject to an additional surcharge. This will be advised at the time of booking, otherwise the standard fee will apply. Prop box items (if used) must be in good order at the end of the event, otherwise a restocking charge may apply.

GST

All prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise
stated.

Cancellation

If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of paying the deposit, the deposit will be returned in full. If the hirer cancels after 7 days of booking, the deposit and all other monies paid are nonrefundable. Prior notice is required of changes to the time and date of the event. Snapbooth cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays at the venue.

Privacy

Snapbooth will not sell your details to any third party and will take reasonable measures to ensure that your details remain confidential.

Hiring, delivery and service

Time taken to deliver, set up and remove the booth will be outside the rental period. A Snapbooth photographer will be at the booth during the operating times. At all times care will be taken by Snapbooth to ensure delivery of high quality photos, however, should equipment failure or damage caused by personal injury or guests occur, liability is limited to monies paid.

Use of images

When hiring from Snapbooth, the hirer gives permission for images taken at the event to be used on Snapbooth’s website and social media pages and for advertising purposes. Snapbooth will not use images which are deemed unsuitable on their website or for advertising, and will not use any content that may be personally damaging to any person/s.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for failing to perform under the Agreement by the occurrence of any event beyond our reasonable control, including, but not restricted to a labour disturbance, power outage or interruption of service, communication outage, failure by a service provided to us to perform, threatened or actual act of terrorism, natural disaster or war.

Miscellaneous

The Snapbooth photographer may stop the usage of the booth at any time during the event if they feel that the booth is being misused in a way that is dangerous to any persons or potentially damaging to the product. Any variations to these Terms & Conditions must be agreed to in writing by Snapbooth.
